The Tree of Life program has been established by Shepherd’s Centers of America as a way of honoring people whose lives have been a source of love, wisdom, support, and direction for each of us. Parents, spouses, children, siblings, old and new friends, mentors, Shepherd’s Center colleagues, and so many others, have played important roles in shaping the people we are today. The tree, with its strong trunk and protective canopy, has long been the emblem of the Shepherd’s Center movement. So, it is fitting to remember and pay tribute to these special people by identifying their names on our Shepherd’s Center Tree of Life.
